Repair & Maintenance base exclusions:
- Replacement of batteries after 12 months of in-service date
- Jump starting vehicle
- Accident damage, abuse or neglect
- Customer / dealer furnished equipment
- Bodywork (including fibreglass), paintwork, chrome, trim, emblems, grill, mud flaps
- Washing, polishing and removing any residue from any part of the vehicle, including cleaning any contaminants from the radiator or intercooler.
- Repair damage to the vehicle’s fuel system and injection equipment that has been caused by the use of contaminated fuel
- Environmental damage
- Corrosion and rust
- External influence / third-party damage
- Use of the vehicle for other than the intended purpose as per above
- Work conducted outside of Western Star dealer network
- Pick-up and delivery of trucks for servicing or repairs, on-site and after-hours servicing and repairs
- Loss of earnings through breakdown, scheduled maintenance or accident
- Turntable repairs, PTO and any accessory repair or replacement
- Diesel fuel
- Replacement glass
- Hydraulic equipment
- Tyres, wheel alignment and balancing
- Vehicle insurance and registration
